Since the first hunt, since the first fire I imagine, people have been telling stories. It is part of why and how we communicate, not just to transmit information or ask questions, but to tell about experiences in our own way, with our own words.
There is a craft to storytelling but it is more than just a compendium of elements, the right mixture of plot, characters, theme, dialogue … for there is also an art to storytelling, an art to writing.
